View DetailsAsphaltSealcoating
Sealcoating is the single most cost-effective way to extend the life of your asphalt. Unprotected pavement is constantly attacked by UV oxidation, water, oil, and de-icing chemicals — all of which break down the binder that holds asphalt together. A professionally applied sealer creates a protective barrier that slows this deterioration dramatically, extending pavement life by 5–7 years per application cycle and dramatically reducing long-term repair costs.
We use commercial-grade coal tar or asphalt-based emulsion sealers depending on your surface conditions and local requirements — never the thin, fast-curing consumer-grade products found at hardware stores.

Line Striping& Markings
Faded or missing lines are a safety hazard, a liability issue, and a poor first impression for your property. Fresh, precisely laid parking lot striping maximizes your available parking capacity, improves traffic flow, meets ADA compliance requirements, and gives your facility a clean, professional appearance.
We use commercial-grade traffic paint for maximum durability and visibility. Every layout is measured and planned before a single line is painted — no guesswork, no crooked stalls.

Crack Filling& Repair
Cracks in asphalt are not just cosmetic — they are entry points for water, vegetation, and freeze-thaw damage that will dramatically accelerate the breakdown of your entire pavement structure. Addressing cracks early is the single most important preventive maintenance step you can take between sealcoating cycles.
We use hot-pour rubberized crack sealant that remains flexible through temperature changes, bonding tightly to the crack walls and preventing water from reaching the base material below.

AsphaltPatching
Potholes, alligator cracking, and large failed sections are not only serious safety hazards that expose you to liability — they are a sign that your pavement base has been compromised. Filling potholes with cold-patch is a temporary Band-Aid. Proper asphalt patching means saw-cutting the failed area, inspecting and repairing the sub-base if needed, then installing and compacting fresh hot-mix asphalt to restore full structural integrity.
We won’t quote a patch without assessing the underlying cause — because a patch that fails in a year is a waste of your money.

Curb StopInstallation
Curb stops (also called wheel stops or parking blocks) serve a critical function in any well-managed parking facility: they protect landscaping, sidewalks, buildings, and pedestrians from vehicle overhang, and they clearly define the boundaries of each stall to keep traffic organized and safe.
We supply and install heavy-duty precast concrete curb stops, properly anchored to prevent movement over time. Installation is typically coordinated alongside new striping projects for maximum efficiency.
