Potholes, alligator cracking, and large failed sections are more than safety hazards that expose you to liability. They are proof that your pavement base has been compromised. Throwing cold-patch in the hole is a temporary Band-Aid that pops right back out with the next freeze or heavy rain.
Proper asphalt patching means saw-cutting clean boundaries around the failed area, removing the bad material, inspecting and repairing the sub-base if it needs it, then installing and compacting fresh hot-mix asphalt to restore full structural integrity.
We won’t quote a patch without assessing the underlying cause, because a patch that fails in a year is a waste of your money. If a drainage problem is pushing water under your lot, we will tell you before we ever cut.

Every patch starts with marking the failed area and figuring out why it failed. Drainage problems, base washout, tree roots, and heavy truck traffic all leave different fingerprints, and the repair has to match the cause or you will be paying for the same patch again next year.
Then the work: we saw-cut straight edges, remove and haul off the failed asphalt, rebuild the sub-base where needed, apply tack coat so new asphalt bonds to old, and install hot-mix in compacted lifts. The finished patch sits flush with the surrounding surface so tires, plows, and water pass over it cleanly.
