How WeDo It
Every job starts with a walk-through. We inspect the surface, map problem areas, and confirm your lot is a good candidate for sealer. Cracks get treated first, because sealer alone will not fix them, and oil spots get primed so the sealer bonds instead of peeling.
On application day we power-blow the surface clean, cut in the edges along curbs and structures by hand, then apply one or two coats of Black Diamond by spray or squeegee depending on the condition of the surface. You get clear curing guidance and a traffic plan so tenants and customers always have a way in and out. Most lots reopen within 24 hours.
